- Data-Driven Decision Making: You dont guess. You look at conversion pace margin waterfalls and operational drag to make strategic decisions.
- A Builders Mindset: You arent here to maintain the status quo. You are here to professionalize our processes so we can scale to the next level.
Benefits

I am not looking for some corporate person that has been within teams of doing something I am looking for a DOOER someone that can prove to me they have done it themselves before! They can do operations and finances! They can lead! And most importantly: Someone I could also go for a beer with after work: Because I dont work with anyone that I cant do that and have a great time (or bike ride or run or anything thats personal) !
