About the Role
Common Bond Title is seeking a relationship-driven Client and Market Development Representative to grow our presence and generate consistent title and closing business across assigned markets. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives on building partnerships creating referral pipelines and delivering exceptional client experiences in the real estate ecosystem.
What Youll Do
As a Client and Market Development Representative you will build manage and expand a strong network of real estate agents lenders builders investors attorneys and related professionals to drive new business. Youll own business development efforts across assigned markets by leveraging existing relationships and cultivating new referral partnerships. You will tailor sales conversations and value propositions to meet the unique needs of each partner segment serve as a trusted point of contact for key clients and proactively resolve issues to protect long-term relationships. Youll stay current on market trends regulatory changes and industry best practices actively represent Common Bond Title within relevant professional organizations and networks and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience from order through closing-managing questions or issues that arise on files.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree in marketing management or a related field preferred
- Experience in customer service meeting sales goals prospecting territory management and closing sales.
- Title or real estateadjacent business development experience preferred; Birmingham market experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Teams PowerPoint and Outlook).
Work Schedule:
- Regular travel is required to develop manage and maintain client relationships across the state of Alabama.
- Valid Drivers license is required.
- Valid car insurance is required.
