Title: Business & Technology Integration - Business Analyst Location: Minneapolis (Onsite 60%) Start Date: 3/4/2026 Duration: 11 Months Work Hours: 40.00 Hrs/Wk

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with London Market Insurance knowledge to join a dynamic team focusing on greenfield product and technology initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers and global operations teams to build a new premium allocation and calculation capability. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business representatives and technical teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with global Operations teams to map and document existing business processes.
Develop comprehensive business requirements and document user stories with acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
Work closely with the Product Manager to maintain the product roadmap and prioritize requirements based on impact.
Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to define project scope create project plans and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
Implement system testing protocols and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams.

Required Skills

Business Analysis: 8 years of experience in product or technology-focused environments.
London Market Insurance: 2 years of industry-specific experience.
Azure DevOps & Agile: 5 years of experience managing requirements and documentation.
Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Education: Graduation degree.
