Tekberry is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to support the Arbitration Hub for a leading automotive marketplace organization. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers providing end-to-end issue resolution related to arbitration and post-sale processes.

The ideal candidate is confident professional and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Success in this role requires strong communication skills sound judgment and a deep commitment to removing obstacles for customers purchasing vehicles. The CSR is empowered to make decisions that improve the customer experience and must demonstrate strong knowledge of products services and internal processes.

Responsibilities

Customer Support & Issue Resolution (50%)

  • Serve as the primary customer support contact for Arbitration Hub related inquiries.
  • Provide responsive timely support via phone chat and email.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer issues from identification through resolution whenever possible.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure while handling high-pressure or escalated situations.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly within internal systems.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Escalation Management (25%)

  • Partner with internal escalation teams to identify document monitor and resolve exceptions to standard processes.
  • Keep all relevant parties informed of the status of open issues.
  • Collaborate with central functions such as IT Product and other internal partners to drive issue resolution.
  • Monitor resolution progress even when issues are delegated to other departments.

Customer Relationship Management (15%)

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through effective problem-solving and consultation.
  • Educate dealers and customers on products services and available solutions.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to the development of best practices to improve service delivery.

Training & Process Support (10%)

  • Work across departments to assist with training related to resolving various client issues.
  • Contribute insights and feedback to improve workflows documentation and customer support processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm professional and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Spanish-speaking skills preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with arbitration dispute resolution or post-sale support processes.
  • Experience documenting cases and tracking issues in CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with confidence in decision-making.
