What Youll Do as a PCA:
- Assist clients with daily living activities as needed.
- Help with meal preparation light housekeeping and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
- Maintain detailed daily notes on client care and report any changes
- Follow a detailed schedule and communicate effectively with the care team
