Working Hours: UK and US Shifts: 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM

Experience: 10 years experience in HR Compensation Analytics background.

Role summary

Manager should have extensive experience handling global Comp Consulting and Talent Consulting work
Design process governance leveraging Process Maps Standard Operating Procedure define KPIs and provide inputs to the Business Dashboard
Has to be people centric process centric and stakeholder centric
Good communication and articulation are a must.
