Job Summary

POSITION

AWS AI Engineer Contractor

LOCATION

Local to Boston hybrid onsite

REQUIRED SKILLS

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in Applications AI/ML development and implementation
2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and related AWS services
Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks model deployment and optimization
Understanding of Application integration patterns and demonstrated project work integrating into complex systems
Proficiency in React and TypeScript for building AI-powered user interfaces
Experience designing intuitive UI/UX for AI applications
Comfort using cloud-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior work in the public sector or government projects
Familiarity with compliance requirements and security standards
AWS AI Cloud Practitioner certifications desired
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
