Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Automation Testing

Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using ACCELQ.
Act as SME for ACCELQ providing best practices framework guidance and technical leadership.
Implement end-to-end automation testing including UI API and regression testing.
Develop reusable test components and optimize automation frameworks for scalability and maintainability.

Test Planning & Execution

Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to define test scenarios and coverage.
Execute automated and manual test cases and validate results against business expectations.
Identify log track and retest defects using standard defect management tools.

CI/CD & Integration

Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar).
Support continuous testing and improve test execution efficiency.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance

Work closely with developers product owners and business analysts to clarify requirements.
Participate in test reviews sprint planning and retrospectives.
Ensure adherence to testing standards processes and quality benchmarks.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain test plans automation strategies execution reports and dashboards.
Provide regular status updates and metrics to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

Testing Automation
ACCELQ (SME level experience)

Nice to Have Skills

ACCELQ advanced features and integrations
API automation and validation
CI/CD tools (Jenkins Git etc.)
Agile / Scrum methodologies

Experience & Qualifications

5 years of experience in Automation Testing.
Hands-on experience as an ACCELQ SME in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of SDLC STLC and Agile testing practices.
Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to mentor junior testers and guide teams on automation best practices.
