About the Role: This full-time position is critical for expanding customer support coverage

and closing key gaps in lead management particularly during weekends. You will serve as

the first point of contact for a mature client base (ages 4075) requiring a demeanor that is

friendly patient and articulate to build trust effectively. This role offers the opportunity to

directly influence business growth by converting inquiries into scheduled appointments

and ensuring every lead receives a timely high-quality response.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to and follow up on new customer inquiries and leads promptly to prevent

missed opportunities specifically covering weekend gaps.

Schedule appointments and consultations with potential customers managing the

calendar to maximize sales team efficiency.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process ensuring a

supportive experience for an older clientele.

Assist with post-sale customer questions or issues to maintain high satisfaction and

retention rates.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead statuses using CRM software

and lead management tools.

Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment to handle inbound requests while

managing proactive outreach.

Minimum Requirements:

Exceptional English proficiency with a neutral accent to ensure clear

communication with a sensitive demographic .

Full-time availability with the flexibility to cover weekends as needed .

Proficiency with CRM software and lead management tools .

Strong written and verbal communication skills .

Demonstrated ability to be patient empathetic and build rapport with older

customers .

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)

Experience: 3 years of related experience
