We're seeking an Technico commercial/IT Support capable of selling technology solutions while ensuring their technical deployment.
Your Mission
70% Sales
- Prospect and develop a client portfolio (B2B/B2C)
- Identify IT needs and propose tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close sales (hardware software services)
- Build client loyalty through quality follow-up
30% Technical Support
- Install and configure sold solutions
- Provide IT maintenance and support (hardware network software)
- Train end users
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
Experience: Min 2 years of experience in IT (support networks systems)
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT Computer Science Networks & Telecoms or related field
Strong sales skills (negotiation prospecting closing)
Solid technical competencies (Windows networking troubleshooting)
Excellent communication and results-oriented mindset
Mobility to visit your clients
Bonus: IT sales experience CRM proficiency
