Job Summary

The business development team you will be leading supports new business objectives across all our clients jurisdictions. As the Business Development Director you will develop execute and continuously refine our clients business development strategy in alignment with their organisational goals.

The Role:
  • As a trusted and well-known name in thefunds community you will credibly engage within your established client and intermediary network to successfully develop and grow the clients business
  • You will lead pitches presentations and industry events inspiring confidence in prospectiveconviction and enthusiasm
  • You have the ability and willingness to sit on client boards and support clients as a commercial board member
  • Widen the clients product risk appetite particularly in high-growth or emerging markets
  • Technologically articulate with a good understanding of AI and related technologies that impact or may impact the alternative fund sector
  • Able to understand and describe the clients technology solutions and to translate those into value for their clients.
Your Experience:
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness including reporting andanalysis of business case development
  • Results orientated consistently striving to deliver regardless ofmarket
  • Successfully built a client book of business and is experiencedworking in a target led environment
  • Highly accountable with a clear sense of ownership
  • Drives engagement and fosters an environment where people aremotivated to achieve business objectives
  • Client focused with a demonstrated awareness of the importance of buildingand maintaining client relationships focused on deliveringoptimum client solutions.
