Job Summary

Job Title: OpenText Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Job Type: Fulltime

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical OpenText Business Analyst to support the implementation enhancement and maintenance of OpenText solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders technical teams and project managers to gather requirements analyze business processes and ensure successful delivery of OpenText-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document functional and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into system requirements and OpenText solution designs.
Configure and support OpenText platforms such as Content Server Documentum Extended ECM or related modules.
Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes.
Develop business process flows use cases and functional specifications.
Coordinate with development teams for customization integration and enhancements.
Support system testing (SIT/UAT) prepare test cases and validate results.
Provide user training and create documentation such as user guides and SOPs.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for OpenText applications.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards governance and security policies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with OpenText solutions.
Strong understanding of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) concepts.
Experience with OpenText Content Server Extended ECM or similar platforms.
Experience in requirement gathering documentation and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of system integrations (SAP Salesforce or other enterprise applications) is a plus.
Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
