Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Trade Surveillance Business Analyst with strong expertise in Foreign Exchange (FX) markets and OneTick platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing trade surveillance frameworks ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting monitoring systems within a financial services environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets or banking
Strong domain knowledge of FX (Foreign Exchange) products and trading workflows
Hands-on experience with OneTick platform
Solid understanding of trade surveillance concepts and regulatory requirements (e.g. market abuse spoofing insider trading)
Experience in data analysis using SQL or similar tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with surveillance tools or compliance platforms
Knowledge of scripting or data tools (Python Excel advanced functions etc.)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with other asset classes is a plus
