Youll partner closely with the Payroll Manager to help keep Mambus global payroll running smoothly across all our locations. From gathering and validating data to coordinating with payroll vendors and making sure salaries and taxes are paid accurately and on time youll be involved in the full payroll journey.
Were looking for someone detail-oriented and organized who enjoys working in a fast-moving international environment and feels comfortable collaborating with colleagues and external partners alike.
What youll do
- Payroll Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end payroll process for employees in collaboration with external payroll vendors across international entities ensuring 100% accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Data Collection: Systematically collect and validate monthly inputs (variables bonuses and changes) in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Payroll approval: review accuracy and act as first level approver of the monthly payroll reports.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for third-party payroll providers ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and local compliance is maintained.
- Financial Coordination: Partner with Finance and Treasury to manage funding instructions and execute net salary and tax payments via various banking systems.
- Compliance & Audit: Monitor the on-time filing of payroll-related tax remittances by the local payroll vendors. Maintain a ready-to-audit archive of all filings and reports to ensure compliance with local statutory regulations.
- Reporting & Accounting: Generate and submit monthly Journal Entry (JE) reports to the Accounting team. Provide data-driven insights and feedback to support broader HR and Finance projects.
- Employee Support: Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries resolving issues with empathy and precision.

- International Expertise: 35 years of experience managing payroll within a complex global environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to navigate relationships with external vendors internal HR functions and global employees.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced analytical skills with a mastery of Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP reporting or similar ERP systems and external payroll vendors.
- Regulatory Knowledge: A good understanding of global payroll compliance and a proactive approach to staying current with changing local regulations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Operational Excellence: A problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and a positive team-oriented attitude.
