Job Summary
Russian-Speaking Client Support Specialist Bucharest
Full-time Permanent contract Relocation available
We are looking for confident Russian-speaking Client Support Specialists to join our international event-management team at our Bucharest studio. If you are comfortable working on camera enjoy communication and thrive in a dynamic work environment this role is for you.

What we offer
Working schedule

3 shifts with monthly rotation

5 working days / 2 days off

Working days may fall on weekends and public holidays

Work sessions of 1.52 hours followed by a 30-minute break

On-site work at the Bucharest studio
Salary and compensation
Base salary
First 9 months (including 3-month probation period):
-
4124 RON net (828 EUR net)

7049 RON gross ( 1418 EUR gross)
After 9 months:
-
5022 RON net (1008 EUR net)

8585 RON gross (1727 EUR gross)
Bonuses and allowances
Performance bonus after probation: 3000 RON net (609 EUR)
Night shifts: 25%
Weekend work: 10%
Public holidays: 100%
Relocation and visa support
Candidates based in Bucharest:

Relocation and accommodation are not provided
Candidates from other cities in Romania:

One-time relocation bonus of 2850 RON net / 4872 RON gross

Paid with the first salary (subject to active employment at the payment date)
Candidates without Romanian citizenship:

Full visa and work permit support

Accommodation provided (shared 2-bedroom apartment)

Utilities covered by the company

Flight ticket to Bucharest covered by the company
Contract terms

Permanent employment contract under Romanian Labor Law

Probation period: 3 months

Stable position in an international company
Candidate requirements

Fluent Russian and confident English at B2 level

Comfortable working on camera

Responsible professional and customer-oriented

Willingness to work shifts (including nights weekends and public holidays)

Experience in presenting hosting or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required
