Job Summary
DISPLAX headquartered in Braga is a world leader in the development of large-format skin-touch technology. We are expanding our production team and seeking a professional with solid experience in lamination accustomed to working with delicate materials and committed to achieving a perfect finish. We are currently recruiting a Lamination & Finishing Technician for our headquarters in Braga Portugal.
What we are looking for:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform the lamination process of films onto large-format glass surfaces;
Meticulously prepare and clean materials prior to application;
Precisely handle cutting and application tools (squeegees heat guns etc.);
Ensure final quality control guaranteeing the absence of bubbles dust or imperfections;
Collaborate in the organization and maintenance of the workspace (cleanroom environment).
Requirements
- Practical experience in lamination (experience in vinyl application for vehicles storefronts or outdoor advertising is highly valued);
- High manual dexterity and visual acuity;
- Strong concentration skills and extreme attention to detail;
- Sense of responsibility and professional pride;
- Ability to work well in a team and strong organizational skills.
Additional Requirements:
Availability for shift work;
Strong sense of responsibility commitment and rigor in performing duties.
Professional Experience:
Technical maturity: We value a minimum of 3 years of experience in high-precision environments (experience in the electronics or IT sectors is an advantage). For us practical "know-how" and the quality of previous work take precedence over formal academic qualifications.
