Contract Marketing Project Manager (Zoho Preferred) Archive Digital
Location: Remote (Canada) Type: Contract (part-time to start) Start: ASAP
Time zone preference: Canada / Pacific-friendly hours
Archive Digital is hiring a Contract Marketing Project Manager to lead delivery across multi-channel digital marketing programs and AI-enabled marketing operations. Youll be responsible for keeping projects on track aligning stakeholders and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery: project plans timelines milestones and day-to-day coordination
- Lead weekly client status updates including progress reporting next steps and risk management
- Coordinate internal specialists and contractors across SEO PPC paid social web content and analytics
- Manage scope priorities dependencies and change requests to keep delivery predictable and efficient
- Maintain quality control prior to launch (QA checks readiness reviews and stakeholder sign-off)
- Keep workstreams organized in Zoho (e.g. Zoho Projects; and where applicable Zoho CRM and analytics/automation workflows)
Qualifications
- 3 years of project management experience in digital marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Zoho experience strongly preferred (especially Zoho Projects; Zoho CRM familiarity is a plus)
- Strong client-facing communication skills: clear documentation meeting notes action items and follow-through
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects in parallel without losing detail
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and distributed/contract resources
Contract Details
- Contract role; part-time to start with potential to expand based on performance and workload
- Fully remote
