Job Summary
Were excited to announce were looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated housing professional to join our fantastic Tenancy Support Services Team in Bracknell on a permanent basis.
Youll play a vital role in supporting our customers by providing advice and support to enable our customers throughout the full life cycle of their tenancy.
With empathy and understanding youll be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of housing issues including safeguarding concerns debt referral benefits and budgeting. Youll also need to be able to help with energy advice signposting and charity referrals. Our aim is always to prevent eviction and support new tenancies so were looking for someone whos empathetic supportive and pro-active.
As youll support our customers in their homes a driving license and own transportation will be needed as youll be working in and around Bracknell. This position will alsobe based from ourBracknelloffice.
