About the role
Youll lead core financial control for the Digital Insurer program ensuring accurate monthend budgeting forecasting and reporting. Youll build robust processes own procuretopay workflows and provide insightful analysis that guides executive decisions. Collaborating across delivery procurement and finance youll strengthen governance uplift data integrity and support transformation outcomes.
This is a 6-month secondment opportunity.
What youll do
- Manage monthend including accruals journals reporting and variance analysis to provide reliable financial results for the program.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting tracking performance against plan and enabling proactive decisions by the executive team.
- Build and maintain endtoend procuretopay processes (SOW/contract registers invoicing billing) and partner with AP Procurement and Technology Finance.
- Develop program performance metrics and deliver datadriven insights on forecast spend and vendor performance against contractual obligations.
- Lead governance and compliance across financial processes ensuring financial data is accurately captured controlled and auditready.
- Collaborate with delivery resourcing and scheduling teams to align financial requirements with transformation outcomes and BAU strategies.
What youll bring
- Expertise in financial management and control with a track record uplifting ledger register and data quality in complex environments.
- Strength in risk governance and compliance applying enterprise practices to identify manage and mitigate financial risks.
- Advanced reporting and analysis skills developing metrics and storytelling that inform executive decisionmaking
- Experience setting up and improving procuretopay processes including SOW and contract registers invoicing and billing
- Collaborative stakeholder skills across finance technology and delivery with clear written and verbal communication
- Degree in Finance Accounting or Business (or equivalent experience). CA or CPA welcomed. Experience in financial services risk/compliance and large transformations
