Operations Support Specialist I
Location Options: Staunton VA or Wytheville VA
Salary Range: $39100-$55500 plus incentive opportunities

As an Operations Support Specialist I youll help keep our lending operations running smoothlypreparing booking and verifying loan transactions with accuracy and care.
Youll collaborate closely with lending teams and service partners providing reliable support and exceptional service while ensuring compliance at every step.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 years of professional work experience.
Skill in processing complex detailed forms and documents in an accurate and thorough manner.
Customer Service provides exceptional service to both internal & external customers.
Ability to work independently with general supervision and proven self-starter.
Thorough knowledge of computer software applications.
Knowledge of credit and accounting policies and processing procedures
(preferred).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Skilled in applying sound judgment and decision-making.
Approach work with high standards and a positive attitude eliciting others confidence.
Minimal travel to our offices or for training to other states.
May require overtime with limited notice to meet Customer demands.
