WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

TheTax Manager Reporting & Compliancewill be apivotalpart of our tax team a specialized subset within Group Finance. Our teamis responsible foroverseeing thetax andtransfer pricing compliance and strategy across40SimCorp entities.

Based at our headquarters in Copenhagenor one of our hubsyouwill play a key role in ensuringaccuratetax reporting compliance and efficiency acrossSimCorpsglobal operations.

Reporting directly to theDirector Tax Reporting and Complianceyouwill contribute to high-quality group tax reporting to our ultimate parent Deutsche Börse manage Danish tax obligations and support continuous improvements in processes and automation. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives on precision numbers and cross-functional collaboration in a multinational setting.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

As aTax Manager Reporting & Compliance you will:

  • Prepare and supportconsolidatedtaxpositions includingcalculation fortax provisions deferred tax assets and effective tax rate calculations for SimCorp Group.

  • Assistin managingquarterly and annualconsolidatedtax reporting in compliance with IFRS standards deliveringaccuratesubmissionto ourultimateparentDeutsche Börse.

  • Prepare and filecorporatetax returns for Danish entitiesand joint taxation.

  • Supportautomationinitiativesfortax calculations and reporting packages toenhanceaccuracy and efficiency.

  • Contribute totax projects including implementation of tax technology and systems

  • Monitor day-to-day tax risksassistin documenting uncertain tax positions and help track regulatory changesimpactingthe group

  • Collaborate closely with finance legal treasury business units external advisors auditors and tax authorities to gather data and resolve queries

WHAT WE VALUE

ExperienceandQualifications:

  • Minimum3-5yearsofexperienceinindustry and/orconsultancywithstrong exposure tomultinational groups

  • Relevant education such asmaster degree inaccountingtaxationeconomicsor education from tax administration or any combination thereof; professional qualificationsuch asCPAand/orCTA

Skillsand Knowledge:

  • Solidexpertisein tax accounting and reporting underIFRScombined withsolidgeneralaccounting/financeknowledge

  • Good understanding of Danishorinternational corporate tax legislation

  • Strong analyticalskillsand goodwith numbers

  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive to deliveraccurate high-quality results

  • Ability to work independently on detailed tasks while collaborating effectively within a team

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skillsable to explain technical tax matters clearly to stakeholders

  • Experience in ERP systems Workday and SAP is a plus

  • Fluencyin English Danish is а plus
