Location: Warsaw Poland

This is a high-impact role for a technology-driven professional with a passion for healthcare and a deep understanding of commercial field force operations. We are seeking a commercially minded results-oriented Senior Manager to lead BMSs field alignment platform strategy and operations enabling commercial teams to deploy best-in-class territory structures execute product launches and drive operational excellence across BMS markets.

You will play a key role in connecting commercial strategy with technology. With strong analytical capabilities and a collaborative approach you will translate business needs into scalable alignment solutions ensuring field force effectiveness platform stability and measurable impact across sales strategy and market operations. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead theAlignment Strategy and Operationsfunction across BMS markets serving as the primary accountable owner for field force alignment platforms and capabilities.
• Partner with the business includingCommercial Strategy & Operations and Business Insights & Analytics to deliver and support best-in-class alignment capabilities and solutions.
• Collaborate with global technology teams and business colleagues to executefield force restructuring and product launch initiativesaccurately and on time.
• Provide accuratescope timing and cost estimationsfor alignment strategy projects ensuring delivery within budget and agreed timelines.
• Manage day-to-dayalignment operations working closely with solution providers and integration teams to identify and remediate production issues.
• Driveplatform strategy awareness ensuring alignment management applications and all related systems and business processes are fully operational.
• Partner withmatrix upstream and downstream teams(Worker Customer Product CRM Analytics and other transactional systems) to ensure uninterrupted data consumption and delivery.
• Collaborate withoutsourcing partners and alignment vendorsto ensure business requests realignments enhancements product launches and upgrades are accomplished in a timely manner.
• Execute complexSQL queries and Python scriptsto extract transform and visualize data throughPower BI dashboards.
• Represent the Alignment Strategy & Operations team in key internal business meetings proactively contributing in alignment with department vision and strategies.
• Document technical artifacts for all developed solutions and champion Agile practices across the team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced degree (university degree or equivalent) in Information Technology Computer Science Business or a related field.
• 68 years of experiencein life sciences healthcare or a related industry.
• Hands-on experience withField Force alignment platformssuch as Veeva Align or other territory and alignment management systems.
• Experience working withVeeva Territory Designeror equivalent territory design tools.
• Proficiency inSQL Python and data visualization tools includingPower BI.
• Demonstrated experience leadingproduct launches restructuring initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of on-time within-budget delivery.
• Proven ability to work effectively acrosscross-functional global and matrixed environments.
• Working knowledge ofsales force sizing structure segmentation and targeting.
• Familiarity withAgile methodologiesand modern delivery practices.

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job such as required skills where the job is performed the employees work schedule job-related knowledge and experience. The final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience and in accordance with pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.
