Job Summary

About This Role:
As the HR Ops Process Excellence Manager you will be an integral part of our HR Operations team. Your primary focus will be on managing process discipline and driving process improvement initiatives across all HR Ops related activities. This role requires close collaboration with HR Ops Payroll HR DI HR IT PMO and Service Management teams to ensure that all HR processes and work instructions are current efficient and value-adding. You will play a key role in supporting team quality improvement initiatives such as quality audits and training while also leading KPI reporting activities and compliance topics. Your efforts will bring significant value to the business by enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance within the HR function.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead HR Operations related projects and act as the single point of contact for centrally managed initiatives.
  • Maintain process discipline by ensuring all HR policies and processes are up to date.
  • Drive continuous process improvement efforts and support the team in implementing innovative ideas.
  • Act as the Business Process Owner for PeopleDoc handling all administrative activities including access management and troubleshooting.
  • Represent HR Ops in ServiceNow sprint management and backlog prioritization translating business needs into JIRA stories.
  • Support HR Ops quality improvement initiatives by leveraging expertise in HR tools and processes.
  • Serve as the point of contact for KPI reporting and other complex reporting needs.
  • Coordinate compliance activities especially in relation to SOX to ensure timely delivery of controls.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources business administration management or a related field.
  • Excel and English proficiency are essential.
  • Advanced HR service experience and project management expertise.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday ServiceNow and PeopleDoc.
  • Strong understanding of user needs technology requirements and business goals.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Service-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing complex global environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver a continuous improvement agenda.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Additional Employment Conditions:

  • This role is in hybrid model of work.
  • Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
