Job Summary

CrewSELECT are seeking an experienced Industrial / Commercial Electricianto deliver maintenance and installation works across commercial and industrial sites throughout the Perth metropolitan area with occasional regional or remote assignments. The role requires strong capability in BMS systems control panels HVAC electrical systems and advanced fault finding with the ability to work independently in live operational environments.

Pay

Full-time: $55 Casual: $68.50

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative reactive and breakdown maintenance
Complete electrical installations upgrades and modifications
Fault find and diagnose complex electrical systems
Install maintain and troubleshoot BMS (Building Management Systems)
Installation and fault finding on control panels and automation systems
Electrical support for HVAC systems (AHUs VAVs chillers plant)
Read and interpret drawings schematics and specifications
Testing commissioning and compliance certification
Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards and WHS requirements
Liaise with site supervisors clients and other trades
Complete service and compliance documentation
Travel between sites as required

Skills & Experience

Current WA Electrical Licence
Proven experience in industrial and/or commercial maintenance and installation
Strong Mechanical background
Strong experience with:
- BMS systems
- Control panels and automation
- HVAC electrical systems
- Advanced fault finding
Ability to work autonomously and manage workloads
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
