Specifically we are looking for aTS/SCI clearedManagement Portal Administrator -Senior- tosupport this missionin Tampa Florida.

Responsibilities:

Asa Management Portal Administrator- Senioryou will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:

• Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technical assignments. May supervise others.
• Leads the design configuration and continuous improvement of thetask orderportal capability ensuring it effectivelyprovidesprogram management views tracks metrics and stores artifacts.
• Develops and implements advanced functionalities and custom reports within thetask orderportal to support detailed analysis of financial health (budget funded incurred invoiced costs burn rates) andoverallTO activity status.
• Manages the evolution and adaptation of thetask orderportal s capabilities to meet changing Government mission requirements and to integrate new data sources for comprehensive oversight.
• Establishes andmaintainsrobust secure logical access controls and role-based views for diverse user groups (AAS COR USSOCOM tenants) ensuring data security and adherence to compliance standards.
• Analyzestask orderportal usage and performance results recommending major changes totask orderportal structure features or processes to enhance efficiency data accuracy and user experience.
• Plans and leads major technical assignments formaintainingand enhancing the smooth operation of thetask orderportal application coordinating with internal and external technical teams as needed to ensure its underlying system stability.
• Develops and implements strategies for monitoring and managing thetask orderportal applications performance including tuning foroptimaloperating efficiency and response times.
• Leads the development and implementation of systems security administration functions specifically for thetask orderportal application including establishing policies and standards for user and administrator accounts and ensuring alignment with overall program security requirements.
• Manages the lifecycle oftask orderportal -related software installation configuration and upgrades.
• Designs and implements comprehensive backup and recovery strategies specifically for thetask orderportal s application and data.
• Evaluates vendor products related totask orderportal enhancements and makes strategic recommendations topurchasehardware and software that would improve functionality or performance.
• Mentors andprovidestechnical guidance to junior and journeymantask orderportal administrators.
• Utilize the followingRole Specific Tools: ServiceNow; Jira Help Desk;task orderportal administration dashboards; secure role based access controls; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflow modules; PRD tracking dashboards; GFP management modules with lifecycle reporting; ASSIST portal integration for deliverable submission; variance analysis dashboards; document library configuration tools; burn rate and invoicing trackers; portal audit logs and compliance monitoring systems.

Required qualifications:

• Previousexperience asaManagement Portal Administratoror similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel
• Minimum of8years experiencewithBS/BA or6 years experience with MS/MA or 3 years experience with PhD.

• A current active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI level

• US citizenship is
• DoD 8140 role for WRC: 451; Element: IT; Proficiency Level: Intermediate / Ability to obtain

DesiredQualifications:

• DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.

• Location:Tampa FL

• On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencefor equipment management and asset tracking

• Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessments
