About the Role
We are seeking a System Administrator who thrives in a hands-on fast-paced this role youll play a critical part in keeping our core technology systems running smoothly securely and efficiently across our dealership network.
Youll work with modern tools and platforms while supporting day-to-day operations that directly impact our teams and customers.
What Youll Do
- Support and administer Dealer Management Systems (DMS) critical to dealership operations
- Manage and maintain phone systems and integrations
- Execute smooth and secure employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer Microsoft 365 Exchange Intune and endpoint management tools
- Monitor system performance security tools and access controls
- Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents and service requests
- Maintain clear and accurate system documentation
- Assist with compliance audit readiness and security initiatives
What Were Looking For
- Experience supporting IT systems in a multi-location or fast-paced environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (M365 Exchange Intune)
- Ability to manage priorities and respond to time-sensitive issues
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
