Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for processing and managing warranty claims ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and maximizing warranty reimbursements while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare submit and track warranty claims in a timely manner
- Review repair orders to ensure proper documentation and compliance with manufacturer policies
- Communicate with technicians service advisors and manufacturers regarding claim status and requirements
- Maintain records of all claims payments and adjustments
- Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims and resubmit as necessary
- Monitor warranty receivables and ensure timely collection
- Stay up to date with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
- Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive warranty administration or dealership service department preferred
- Strong knowledge of warranty policies and claim processing systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
