Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a B2B Commercial Solution Specialist who will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by developing and managing client relationships. You will report to the B2B Commercial Solution Manager and work in an on-site environment based in Jakarta. This role offers growth opportunities in an innovative setting providing you with the platform to make a significant impact.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for GrabForBusiness especially on Deliveries products (GrabFood GrabMart GrabExpress) leveraging their unique features to meet client needs.
  • Conduct market sizing and estimation for new projects to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement projects ensuring seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with Vertical Commercial and Territory teams to update performance and project collaboration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities performing competitor intelligence and product benchmarking.
  • Solutioning and liaising with related stakeholders to troubleshoot client queries and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Create in-depth analysis of each channel and Key Account Management (KAM) pipeline to assess coverage of target gaps.
  • Analyze the performance of GrabForBusiness Deliveries special projects to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management Project Management Business Development or Partnerships experience in tech industry or a related field is an added value.
  • Synthesizes data on market trends into actionable insights ensuring all business decisions are anchored in objective data and strategic logic.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation and proficient in Google Workspace .
  • Passionate about making a positive impact in emerging markets.
  • Upholds integrity with a disciplined results-centric mindset.
  • Clear articulation and ability to motivate and empower collaboration with diverse people.
