We are seeking an Accounting Administrative professional to join our Finance and Administration team at Applus IDIADA on a TEMPORARY basis. This role will be part of our accounting department supporting day-to-day financial operations with a strong focus on customer accounts billing and collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record customer invoices in our ERP system (SAP)
- Manage accounts receivable activities including invoice issuance and payment tracking
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collections
- Perform administrative tasks specific to the accounting department particularly related to customer billing cycles
- Coordinate with customers and internal sales teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
- Support the team with general accounting operations and documentation management
Qualifications :
Education:
- Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Administration and Finance or equivalent
Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative roles specifically in customer accounts billing and collections
- Proven hands-on experience managing accounts receivable customer invoicing and payment collection processes
- Previous experience working with SAP ERP system.
Languages
- English: Any level will be considered (higher proficiency is an advantage)
- Additional languages are a plus
Highly Valued:
- Additional training or certifications in accounting finance or administration
- Experience in customer relationship management related to financial matters
