About the role

Your main mission will be to achieve the sales distribution promotion and visibility objectives of the assigned accounts contributing to the growth and profitability of the business in accordance with the companys strategic priorities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Management and loyalty of a complex business with different brands and categories of the worlds top consumer clients

  • Definition of the commercial strategy by client

  • Annual negotiation of client condition templates seeking creative trade-offs to ensure the fulfillment of the companys profitability and sales objectives

  • Create strong bonds with clients by listening to and understanding their needs and translating them into solutions that benefit the companys results

  • Activate and supervise the business plan of each assigned account

  • Efficient management of promotions and visibility at the point of sale analyzing the return generated by each action. Responsible for the budget and profitability of the accounts under their management

  • Close relationship and smooth communication with the trade marketing and supply departments as well as with the rest of the companys departments to offer the best service to our clients

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Maintain continuous contact with the reality of retail sales

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar.

  • 3-5 Sales experience managing Mass Market accounts.

  • Analytical and synthesis skills.

  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills.

  • Planning and organizational skills.

  • Energetic and proactive person.

This role is a temporary project based en Madrid.
