Lead Projects from Planning to Completion Managing Scope and Timeline Deliveries
Project Management Escalation Management Team Leadership Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Process Improvements Problem Solving Risk Management Effective Communication Conflict Handling and Resolution Release Management
Should have experience in Budget Management and Resource Planning/Management.
Expertise in Agile software product delivery (Scrum Kanban LeSS Pair Programming) Ability to work with Cross Functional teams AWM Knowledge
Experience in facilitating Agile development practices within a team/Multiple Teams (Sprint ceremonies Standup Retrospective Product/Spring Backlog Reviews Customer Connects).
Experience in handling Cloud /Platform teams. Strong Knowledge on entire DevOps Process Github JIRA Confluence. Understanding the entire Application Process
Experience in handling both Operations and Development Teams. Experience in handling Multiple teams
Basic Understanding of Cloud Technologies (AWS and Azure).

Should have knowledge on ITSM Process (PIC Process Incidents Change Requests Problem tickets) ServiceNow Nexus artifacts.
