What this job involves:

The Facilities Engineer must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• 负责工厂暖通空调自动化监控系统进行实时监测运行状态跟踪与异常报警响应
• 识别并初步诊断空调冷水机组新风系统排风系统等关键设备的运行异常按流程通知相关维修团队并启动应急响应机制
• 作为设施运维团队的当班联络人与协调接口协助调度资源传递信息记录事件进展
• 按运维要求对各设施设备的关键运行参数进行记录填写日志台账等信息
• 严格遵守EHS政策按操作规范进行相关安全操作
• 协助设施运维团队完成门禁授权临时用电审批施工监护等支持性任务
• 参与应急预案演练熟悉火灾断电水浸洁净室失效等场景下的标准响应流程
• 保持工作环境整洁设备完好文档有序符合5S及信息安全要求
• 其他现场经理安排的支持类工作

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

• 暖通电气自动化机电一体化或相关专业
• 2年以上工厂数据中心或大型设施的运行值班中控室监控或设施运维经验
• 熟悉楼宇自控系统BAS或工业自动化监控平台的操作界面与基本逻辑
• 具备基础的暖通或电气系统知识能理解空调水系统风系统配电回路等关键设备的运行原理
• 能读懂简单P&ID图系统流程图及报警信息含义
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力与应急判断力能在压力下清晰传递信息快速响应
• 熟悉基本EHS规范了解LOTO上锁挂牌密闭空间电气安全等高风险作业的注意事项
• 熟练使用办公软件能准确记录和报告事件
• 原则性强纪律性好能严格执行操作规程与交接班制度

Required Skills and Experience:

• 持有低压电工操作证
• 有外资制造企业如半导体生物医药电子汽车等行业厂务值班经验
