Job Summary
Responsible for supporting Timing Drive System Tuning test including engine setup sensor calibration data acquisition and so on.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Responsible for test fixture setup timing drive system setup sensors installation.
- 负责测试工装搭建正时链系统搭建传感器标定任务
- Responsible for testing instruments and software debugging.
- 负责进行测试仪器和软件的调试工作
- Conduct data records and initial analysis.
- 进行数据采集和初步分析工作
- Conduct communication with customers to confirm the engine and fixture status.
- 负责与客户进行沟通发动机状态和工装状态
- Responsible for test samples and test fixtures management.
- 负责测试样件和测试工装的管理
- Collaborate with other Technicians and Engineers to perform required tests.
- 和其他技师或者工程师合作完成所需的测试任务
- Support team leader to do lab quality management and continuous improvement.
- 支持团队主管进行质量管理和持续改进
- Responsible for lab 5S.
- 负责实验室5S工作
Safety:
- This position will adhere to safety rules practices and training as outlined in the BorgWarner Safety Policy Manual which includes the use of equipment protective devices or clothing that the employer requires. This individual will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses. He/she must take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and addition he/she is responsible for reporting all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations incidents or occurrences to the immediate supervisor.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Junior college or above in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology
- More than 1 year working experience in the automotive field required typically power train related.
- Engine assemble skills required
- Adapting to business work on OEM site required
- Familiar with test equipment operation calibration and maintenance/ Troubleshooting of rotating mechanical systems and low voltage measurement systems.
- Self-learning ability preferred
- Ability to read and write in English preferred
- Good communication skill and team-work spirit preferred
