At our Changshu plant in China we specialize in the manufacturing of essential products for dialysis therapy including dialyzers Sterile Solutions bloodline sets HD machines injection and extrusion components. With a skilled team of 900 employees our Plant operates key production technologies such as injection molding and extrusion Dialysis and auto assembly etc. This site plays a vital role in Fresenius Medical Cares commitment to enhancing patient care worldwide. Job SpecificationsAll responsibilities and authorities of both PD and MD shall be included:
工作职责权限应包括MD和PD的所有职责权限:
1. Be competent and complete the relevant work content of the operator including but not limited to: each position operation batch record filling workshop cleaning disinfectant configuration etc
根据生产需求不定期地负责能够胜任和完成作业员岗位的相关工作内容包括但不限于各岗位操作批记录填写车间清洁消毒剂配置等
2. Assist shift supervisor and train new operators including detail working content and cleaning room working procedure
协助领班培训新员工包含具体的工作内容无尘车间的作业流程
3. Assist shift supervisor to train new technician
协助轮班主管培训新的技术员
4. Know Basic knowledge of dialyzer producing process
掌握懂得透析器生产的基本工艺流程
5. Undertake to run all manufacture machine
从事操作所有的生产设备
6. Take care of batch changing and batch record filling related sample checking and machine statues checking before shift start
负责生产过程中的换批工作正确填写批记录懂得查看并鉴别相关样品开机前检查设备确认设备状态
7. Solve common equipment problems to ensure normal operation of production line; Replace some common equipment spare parts such as cylinders and sensors
解决常见的设备问题确保产线正常运行更换一些常见的设备备件例如气缸传感器等

8. Participate in equipment maintenance specializing in production line type change
参与设备维修维护专于产线换型工作
9. Understand some new alarm message and analysis preliminary solve new problem in time
理解新的报警信息并且做出一些初步的分析及时解决新的问题
10. Master machines working theory and know current situation and report regularly like inserting griper changing and maintenance welding machine adjustment etc.
熟练掌握设备的工作原理了解掌握当前设备的运行情况定期汇报例如插入机夹爪工作情况焊接机焊接镜调试
11. Improvement and optimization for machine or production procedure content include production efficiency procedure safety quality etc. need detail plan and activity finally need assessment for benefit
提高并且优化设备或者生产流程内容涉及生产提高生产效益生产流程安全质量等等需要具体的执行方案和实际行动最终需要对收益进行收益评估
