Job Summary

The Junior Marketing Specialistsupports the execution of Linde Engineerings global marketing agenda by assisting with campaigns digital activities event coordination and content management across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales team with marketing campaigns social media and website content
Plan edit proofread and publish content for digital
Regular analysis of campaign data and regular improvement of campaigns based on insights from the analysis
Creation of digital assets for the brand portal
Plan and execute fairs/events. Coordinate with relevant vendors for the end-to-end success and completion of the event

Plan and deliver webinars using webinar tool. Technical know-how is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors or masters degree in media management/ marketing Communications with specialization in Marketing and PR
2 years of relevant marketing experience.
Strong interest in growing marketing and communication capabilities in a global environment.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications (SharePoint Teams) and MS office (Word Excel Power Point) and the LinkedIn algorithm
Excellent English knowledge - written and spoken (native English speaker is a plus)
First experience with content management systems
Basic HTML knowledge experience with Google Analytics Google Tag Manager search engine optimization (SEO)
Basic knowledge of graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop or Canva)
Conceptual and/or operational knowledge of marketing automation is a plus
