Job summary
What is the role An exciting opportunity to join a leading vendor in cyber security. This position involves understanding the unique needs and requirements of mid-market accounts building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling cross-selling and retention strategies.
Whats in it for the successful candidate This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in technology sales. Youll have the opportunity to work in complex deal cycles across multiple aspects of an enterprise technology stack. DigiCert usually has a sales conference each year in the US that youll likely be invited to attend and we reward our successful sales reps with a Presidents Club trip at an international location (which changes each year).

What you will do
- Support revenue retention & renewals: Assist in renewal planning and execution; prepare renewal documentation; coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely renewals.
- Help grow accounts: Identify simple expansion opportunities and work with senior sellers to scope and propose upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Customer relationships: Build trusted relationships with technical and business contacts in mid-market accounts; act as a reliable day-to-day contact.
- Executive support & EBRs: Prepare materials for Executive Business Reviews and help run strategic customer meetings under senior guidance.
- Solution delivery: Work with Sales Engineers Customer Success and Support to deliver product demonstrations POCs and onboarding support.
- Forecasting & pipeline hygiene: Keep CRM updated provide input to forecasts and participate in internal deal reviews and account governance.
- Market learning: Keep up to date with cybersecurity and PKI trends; use market insight to help position DigiCerts offerings.
- Be the customer voice: Gather feedback and help escalate product or delivery issues so the customers perspective is heard across the business.
What you will have
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or related field is preferred but not required. We value aptitude and potential over a specific degree.
- 3 years experience in sales customer success technical support or a related role internship / graduate experience is welcome.
- Some exposure to enterprise or mid-market customers is a plus (e.g. inside sales renewal coordination presales support).
- Interest in cybersecurity PKI certificates/TLS or enterprise infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and relationship building comfortable speaking with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Organised reliable and detail-oriented youll coordinate renewal dates follow up and keep data accurate.
- Commercial curiosity you enjoy identifying opportunity and learning how solutions create business value.
- Collaborative mindset youll work cross-functionally and escalate appropriately to get things done.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) Excel/Sheets and basic reporting.
- Analytical coachable and eager to learn.
