About the role
We are seeking a talented Senior Corporate Counsel to join our highperforming Legal & Risk team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad influential inhouse role supporting a growing multinational organisation
Reporting to the Chief Legal & Risk Officer and Company Secretary you will be a trusted advisor to the business providing pragmatic commercial and timely legal support across.
- Corporate and commercial law
- Franchising and regulatory compliance
- Property and leasing
- M&A transactions and due diligence
- Contract drafting negotiation and management
- Governance ASX and Corporations Act matters
- Disputes litigation oversight complaints and whistleblower matters
You will play a key role in enhancing CFLs legal frameworks managing legal risk and ensuring our commercial arrangements and operations align with organisational strategy this is a hands-on diverse and intellectually rewarding role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic initiatives.

About You
You will thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment and bring:
Experience
- 58 years PAE gained in a reputable midtop tier firm or a high-quality inhouse team
- Strong grounding in corporate and commercial law
- Experience in one or more of: franchising commercial property M&A governance regulatory or ASX-listed environments
- Demonstrated ability to draft negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence across a diverse business
