DescriptionWhats the role
Youll play an important role in bringing Westpacs stories to life through highquality video content across our internal and external channels. Working closely with our multimedia and editorial teams youll create clear compelling visual stories that inform and engage audiences on a wide range of topics. From fastturnaround announcements and social content to longerform storytelling youll manage video production endtoend and help ensure our content is impactful timely and well executed.
The role requires endtoend capability with responsibility for planning producing and shooting content. This is a fulltime role based in Sydney with flexibility and some adhoc travel as required.
What do I need
- Proven capability delivering engaging video and audio content across studio and field environments- including sound and lighting experience.
- Strong storytelling skills with experience producing shortform sameday and longerform video content
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills including interviewing and stakeholder engagement
- A collaborative mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively as part of a team
