Job Summary

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Operations Specialist to deliver high-quality HR services in compliance with legal and company requirements. As the first point of contact for HR-related matters you will manage employee data documentation and personnel records while supporting various HR operational processes. This role also involves contributing to process improvement initiatives and collaborating with global and regional HR teams.

In your role you will:

  • Provide end-to-end HR support for the India region including Onboarding Data Administration Absence Management Exit Processes Benefits Administration and other employee life cycle activities.

  • Manage HR tools and systems (Oracle HCM) ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.

  • Handle invoice processing and maintain personnel files.

  • Prepare offer letters coordinate background checks and liaise with managers and HR business partners.

  • Monitor upstream and downstream data flows and conduct regular data quality reviews.

  • Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders ensuring timely and accurate responses.

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with local and global data protection standards.

  • Collaborate with HR Operations team members and global centers to drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

  • 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end HR Operations preferably with India-specific onboarding processes.

  • Bachelors degree in a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (Service Management Tool Basware invoicing Oracle HCM; Oracle on-premise experience is an advantage).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • High attention to detail time management and customer experience KPIs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
