Position Summary

The Financial Specialist Data Analysis is responsible for delivering financial and business insights through data analytics reporting and modeling with a strong focus on rebate analysis commercial performance and incentive policy design. The role supports management decision-making by providing accurate timely and actionable analysis and works closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial and commercial data analysis related to sales performance rebates incentives and dealer programs.

• Build and maintain dashboards management reports and analytical models to support decision-making.

• Analyze rebate structures and simulate financial impacts of proposed commercial policies.

• Support the design evaluation and optimization of rebate and incentive schemes.

• Conduct profitability analysis by product channel customer and region.

• Partner with Sales Marketing AR/AP and Finance teams to ensure data consistency and actionable insights.

• Identify trends risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis.

• Support budgeting forecasting and business planning processes with analytical inputs.

• Improve data quality automation and reporting processes within Finance systems.

• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management.

Background Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis business analysis or data analytics roles within a finance function.

• Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau or similar).

• Solid understanding of financial statements and commercial finance concepts.

• Experience analyzing rebates incentives or sales programs is a strong plus.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Detail-oriented proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced multinational environment.
