Dans le cadre de notre campagne dalternance nous recherchons un stagiaire (H/F) pour intégrer notre service Talent Acquisition et participer au pilotage de cette campagne.
Stage basé au siège dOtis (92) davril à septembre 2026.
Au cours dune journée type vous devrez :
Définir les besoins avec les RRH et les managers
Diffusion les annonces via notre CRM et nos jobboards
Mener le sourcing ainsi que les entretiens de préqualification
Présenter les candidatures aux managers en charge des recrutement et suivre les dossiers de candidatures
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :
Idéalement vous comptabilisez une première expérience (stage ou alternance) dans le domaine du recrutement ou des RH
Une appétence pour le monde industriel et les profils techniques serait un plus
