Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Support Intern to join our clients team. The incumbent will provide customer support and service assistance through call centre channels digital platforms and customer helpdesk systems.
Salary and Benefits:
  • R 8000 Gross
Responsibilities:
  • Log track and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams (Compliance).
  • Follow up on pending cases until closure.
  • Respond to customer queries via email chat WhatsApp.
  • Assist with user onboarding account setup and verification steps.
  • Capture customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
  • Assist in monitoring service quality metrics (response time resolution rate).
  • Support initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records.
  • Escalate risks recurring issues or trends to the CX Manager.
Key Skills:
  • Basic understanding of customer service processes.
  • Ability to use call centre systems and digital communication tools.
  • Good typing and data-capturing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Qualifications:
  • Studying towards or recently completed a qualification in Customer Service Communications Business Administration Marketing or any related field.
