- Log track and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams (Compliance).
- Follow up on pending cases until closure.
- Respond to customer queries via email chat WhatsApp.
- Assist with user onboarding account setup and verification steps.
- Capture customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
- Assist in monitoring service quality metrics (response time resolution rate).
- Support initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records.
- Escalate risks recurring issues or trends to the CX Manager.
Key Skills:
- Basic understanding of customer service processes.
- Ability to use call centre systems and digital communication tools.
- Good typing and data-capturing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Studying towards or recently completed a qualification in Customer Service Communications Business Administration Marketing or any related field.
