The Oracle EPM support analyst will support the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management suite of
products including but not limited to Oracle FCC Planning (and associated components such as Capital
Projects and Workforce Planning) and Tax Reporting. This includes support in the use design
development configuration and testing of EPM modules. The support analyst will perform functional tasks
of medium-to-high technological complexity and provide support in maximizing the value of EPM to
improve business processes enhance consolidation planning and forecasting and tax reporting
functionality and meet internal and external reporting requirements while providing production and end-
user support.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the EPM Support Lead on support and development activities at various intervals as
they require.
Ensure EPM operates to meet consolidation planning and forecasting and tax reporting objectives
including support maintenance testing and developing functional/technical specifications.
Design develop test deploy and support solutions for business automation on Oracle applications
and functionality.
Administer/configure Oracle EPM modules
Build and maintain calculation scripts business rules dimension builds data loads and batch
automation scripts.
Manage and monitor the Oracle load process (ad hoc requests and nightly scheduled loads) data
validation and addressing load issues.
Oversee master data management and governance for Oracle EPM.
Ensure application compliance with policies procedures and change control processes.
Provide primary support in the development testing and maintenance of reports and dashboards
utilizing ad-hoc queries Smart View Financial Reporting reports requested by users and other
tools as required.
Profile/Competencies:
Bachelors or masters degree in finance / qualified accountant
3 years of practical configuration experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Applications.
Advanced knowledge of multi-dimensional database management and object-oriented design.
Familiarity with core business processes including general ledger accounts payable accounts
receivable fixed assets cash management projects & grants budgeting and forecasting.
Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills working independently with minimal supervision
across different timezones.
