About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Consultant to support the growth of high-value programs and services through consultative sales and relationship-driven engagement.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys working autonomously building long-term client relationships and contributing directly to business growth in a structured performance-oriented environment.

You will work remotely manage your schedule with flexibility and collaborate with a growing team focused on delivering meaningful value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified leads via calls email and online channels to build trust and rapport.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs goals and decision criteria.
  • Guide prospective clients through the decision-making process for premium services and programs.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to support long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development consultative sales or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication listening and relationship-management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong time-management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Background in consulting professional services coaching or advisory environments is a plus.
