Job Summary
Job Description: Remote Software Developer at Compass Realty Inc
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing high-quality software design and architecture
- Writing clean maintainable and efficient code
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
- Working on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Unit-testing code for robustness including edge cases usability and general reliability
- Continuously discover evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Software Developer
- Proficient in Java C or other programming languages
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desired Experience:
- Experience working remotely or in a distributed team
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with mobile app development is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $45 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $60 per hour
- Currency: USD
- Contract Type: Full-time
- Maximum Experience Required: 2 years
