Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Pedro Shomolu Lagos
Institution: Pharmaceutical Industry.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute product strategies marketing plans and roadmaps defining positioning and features.
2. Market Understanding: Analyze market needs competitor activities and customer requirements to identify opportunities.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D manufacturing sales and regulatory teams to bring products to market and support them.
4. Marketing & Communication: Create promotional materials manage product launches support PR and train sales force on product benefits and science.
5. Financial Management: Oversee product budgets analyze sales performance and manage P&L for the product.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) prescribers and advisory groups.
7. Lifecycle Management: Ensure ongoing product success through lifecycle enhancements and upgrades.
Typical Duties
1. Writing Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs).
2. Presenting at conferences and training sales reps.
3. Visiting hospitals and key accounts with sales teams.
4. Monitoring customer satisfaction and market feedback.
Core Skills Needed
1. Minimum of a degree in Pharmacy only.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years experience
2. Strong strategic thinking & business acumen.
3. Excellent communication & presentation skills.
4. Understanding of the pharmaceutical market/regulatory environment.
5. Analytical & financial skills
