Associate Creative Director (DCF 40)

- A confident creative leader who can guide a team and shape the creative direction for all work released
- Holds a sharp eye for detail and ensures cohesion across every deliverable from concept to final production.
- Skilled at fostering a positive collaborative and tight-knit team environment by establishing thoughtful processes and workflows leading team meetings and check-ins.
- Invests in the growth of designers by providing constructive feedback coaching and opportunities for skill-building.
- A visionary partner to marketing and brand teams capable of generating fresh ideas encouraging rapid iteration and pushing creative boundaries beyond current comfort zones.
- This role works closely with Marketing and partners directly with Phoebe Patterson (Sr. Director Digital Marketing & Operations) and Will Rawle (Project Manager). Collaborates with Kaylie Beckley (Global Brand Design Manager) to ensure all work aligns with the highest of brand standards.
- Brings strong knowledge and skill in print design digital design and traditional copywriting.
- Able to multitask across high-profile projects while communicating effectively with stakeholders and project leads.
- Comfortable stepping in to design when team capacity is limited ensuring projects continue moving smoothly.
