In financial operations at PwC you will specialise in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organisations. Your work will involve assessing financial processes identify areas for improvement and design and implement solutions to streamline financial operations enhance controls and reduce costs. You will be responsible for providing guidance on financial systems implementation process automation and financial shared services.

Manager FP&A

Role Summary

The FP&A Manager leads planning forecasting and performance management activities for engagements. The roleis responsible forend-to-end delivery stakeholder management team oversight andprovidingstrategic financial insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Delivery Management

  • Lead FP&A delivery across budgeting forecasting and reporting workstreams.

  • Review and approve forecasts variance analysis and management reports.

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs timelines and quality standards.

Strategic Planning & Analysis

  • Drive annual operating plan quarterly forecast and long-range planning processes.

  • Partnerwith stakeholdersto align financial plans with business strategy.

  • Provide insights on cost optimization trends risks and opportunities.

  • Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the primary FP&A point of contact for finance leadership.

  • Present financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Proactivelyidentifyissues escalate risks and propose solutions.

Team & People Management

  • Manage coach and develop Senior Associates and Associates.

  • Conduct work reviews provide feedback andsupportskill development.

  • Drive knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

Governance Controls & Transformation

  • Ensure compliance with SOX internal controls and PwC governance standards.

  • Support audits and senior management inquiries.

  • Identifyand lead process improvement automation and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 610 years of experience in FP&Afinancial management or corporate finance.

  • Proven experience leading teams and managing client stakeholders.

  • Strongexpertisein budgeting forecasting financial modeling and analytics.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong ERP/planning system experience.

  • Excellent communication leadership and decision-making skills.
