Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to perform and support the standard Operational Finance activities as detailed in the end to end transaction process documentation for which the role relates: Order to Cash; Purchase To Pay; Record To Report.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

Perform daily accounting functions and maintain proper accounting records and procedures

Handle full set of accounts

Prepare payment and bank transactions

Handle client billings and account receivable functions

Handle month-end closing and prepare balance sheet schedules

Handle inter-company transactions. Reconcile and confirm balances with counterparties on the intercompany netting system of the group

Assist in financial reporting and deliver reports timely to meet reporting deadlines of the group

Assist in annual audit and tax filing

Perform and support other accounting functions and ad hoc duties as assigned
