Section A Responsabilités spécifiques

• Définir et communiquer la vision et la stratégie du produit en accord avec les objectifs commerciaux.
• Gérer et hiérarchiser le backlog du produit en veillant à la clarté et à lalignement avec les objectifs commerciaux les besoins des patients et les exigences de conformité.
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles notamment dans les domaines de la technologie de lexpérience utilisateur du marketing des services pharmaceutiques du juridique et des opérations afin de recueillir les exigences commerciales de documenter les témoignages dutilisateurs et les critères dacceptation et dobtenir les autorisations appropriées avant de lancer le développement.
• Contribuer à la planification des sprints aux revues PI et aux rétrospectives dans un environnement Agile/Scrum.
• Analyser les tendances du marché les commentaires des clients et les données de performance afin déclairer les décisions daméliorer continuellement le produit et daccroître son adoption.
• Servir de porte-parole des clients en défendant les besoins des utilisateurs tout au long du cycle de vie du produit en mettant laccent sur lexpérience utilisateur et laccessibilité.
• Veiller à la réalisation des étapes importantes dans les délais impartis et gérer les compromis entre la portée le calendrier et les ressources.
• Veiller à ce que toutes les fonctionnalités respectent les normes réglementaires de confidentialité et daccessibilité y compris les réglementations spécifiques aux pharmacies et les exigences en matière de consentement.

Section B Compétences et expériences requises

• Baccalauréat en marketing administration des affaires technologie ou dans un domaine connexe.
  Plus de 5 ans dexpérience en tant que chef de produit ou gestionnaire de produit dans le domaine des applications mobiles ou numériques liées à la santé.
  Excellente compréhension des méthodologies et des outils Agile/Scrum (p. ex. Jira Confluence).
  Expérience dans le domaine pharmaceutique des soins de santé ou des industries réglementées préférée.
  Capacité avérée à traduire des besoins commerciaux complexes en exigences techniques.
  Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
  Bilinguisme (anglais/français) préféré.

Section A Specific Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives patient needs and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology UX marketing pharmacy services legal and operations to gather business requirements document user stories & acceptance criteria and secure appropriate approvals before initiating development.
• Contribute to sprint planning PI reviews and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Analyze market trends customer feedback and performance data to inform decisions continuously improve the product and grow adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the customer advocating for user needs throughout the product lifecycle with focus on user experience and accessibility.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage trade-offs between scope schedule and resources.
• Ensure all features meet regulatory privacy and accessibility standards including pharmacy-specific regulations and consent requirements.
• Contribute to the evolution of product management best practices within the team.

Section B Skillsets and Experiences Required

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Technology or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in mobile or digital health applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
• Experience in pharmacy healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual (English/French) is preferred.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
